Please read carefully. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Polished. Using the website or app means you accept these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. אופי השירות2. Nature of the Service
Polished היא פלטפורמה טכנולוגית בלבד. אנחנו לא מפעילות סלון, לא מעסיקות מניקוריסטיות, לא מעבדות תשלומים עבורן ולא מבטיחות את איכות העבודה שלהן. אנחנו מספקות כלים לניסוי וירטואלי של לק, גלריית השראה ומדריך מניקוריסטיות מקומיות.Polished is a technology platform only. We do not operate a salon, employ manicurists, process payments on their behalf, or guarantee the quality of their work. We provide tools for virtual polish try-on, an inspiration gallery, and a local manicurist directory.

עלייך להיות בת 16 לפחות כדי להשתמש ב-Polished. אם את מתחת לגיל 18, עלייך לקבל את הסכמת ההורה או האפוטרופוס החוקי שלך. ייתכן שגיל המינימום יהיה שונה במדינות מסוימות לפי החוק המקומי.You must be at least 16 years old to use Polished. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The minimum age may differ in some countries based on local law.
4. חשבונות ואבטחה4. Accounts & Security
שימוש מלא באפליקציה דורש התחברות באמצעות Apple ID או חשבון Google. את אחראית לאבטחת חשבונך ולכל פעילות בו. את יכולה למחוק את החשבון בכל עת דרך הגדרות האפליקציה.Full use of the App requires sign-in via Apple ID or Google Account. You are responsible for account security and for all activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
5. תוכן משתמשות ורישיון5. User Content & License
תמונות נסיית לק (פרטיות): תמונות הידיים שאת מעלה לעיבוד AI נשלחות לגוגל Gemini לעיבוד מיידי ואינן נשמרות אצלנו לשימוש ציבורי. מחיקת חשבון מסירה כל קישור אישי אליהן.Try-on photos (private): Hand photos you upload for AI processing are sent to Google Gemini for immediate processing and are not retained by us for public use. Account deletion removes any personal link to them.
העלאות ללוח ההשראה הקהילתי (פומבי): כאשר את בוחרת לשתף פוסט עיצוב ללוח ההשראה הקהילתי של Polished, את מעניקה ל-Polished רישיון עולמי, חינמי, שאינו בלעדי, תמידי, בלתי ניתן לביטול וברר-העברה לארח, לאחסן, להציג, לשכפל, לערוך, ליצור עבודות נגזרות מהן ולהפיץ את התמונה ואת התגיות הנלוות אליה, לרבות לאחר מחיקת חשבונך. במחיקת חשבון אנו מנתקות את התמונה מזהותך (שם המשתמש ושיוך החשבון מוסרים), אך התמונה עצמה נשמרת באוסף הקהילה של Polished כתוכן אנונימי. רישיון זה מאפשר לנו לתחזק את לוח ההשראה גם לאחר שמשתמשות עוזבות. את שומרת על הבעלות בעותק המקורי ויכולה להמשיך להשתמש בו באופן עצמאי.Community inspiration uploads (public): When you choose to share a design post to the Polished community inspiration board, you grant Polished a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, and distribute that photo and its associated tags, including after you delete your account. When you delete your account we sever the link between you and the photo (your username and account attribution are removed), but the photo itself is retained in the Polished community collection as anonymous content. This license lets us keep the inspiration board intact after users leave. You retain ownership of the original copy and may continue to use it independently.
את מצהירה שיש לך את הזכויות להעלות את התוכן ושאינו מפר קניין רוחני, זכויות פרטיות או חוקים אחרים. תוכן פוגעני, מטעה או מפר זכויות יוצרים אסור בתכלית ויוסר. בכל עת לפני מחיקת החשבון את יכולה למחוק פוסט קהילתי שהעלית, וזאת תסיר את התמונה לחלוטין.You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe intellectual property, privacy rights or other laws. Content that is offensive, misleading, or infringing is strictly prohibited and will be removed. At any time before deleting your account you may delete an individual community post you uploaded, and that will remove the photo entirely.
6. הודעה והסרה (DMCA / זכויות יוצרים)6. Copyright Notice & Takedown (DMCA)
אם את סבורה שתוכן באפליקציה מפר את זכויות היוצרים שלך, שלחי הודעה בכתב הכוללת: (1) זיהוי היצירה; (2) מיקום התוכן המפר באפליקציה; (3) פרטי קשר; (4) הצהרה על תום לב; (5) חתימה (פיזית או אלקטרונית). פני אלינו: polished.app@outlook.com. אנחנו מגיבות בתוך 14 ימי עסקים.If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, send a written notice including: (1) identification of the work; (2) location of the infringing content in the app; (3) contact details; (4) a good-faith statement; (5) signature (physical or electronic). 7. פרופילי מניקוריסטיות7. Manicurist Profiles
מניקוריסטיות אחראיות לבדן לדיוק, לחוקיות ולאיכות של הפרופילים והעבודות שלהן. Polished אינה מתווכת בסכסוכים, אי-הגעות או ביטולים בין לקוחות למניקוריסטיות. המידע בפרופיל הוא להתרשמות בלבד ואינו מהווה המלצה של Polished.Manicurists alone are responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of their profiles and work. Polished does not mediate disputes, no-shows, or cancellations between clients and manicurists. Profile information is for reference only and does not constitute an endorsement by Polished.
8. AI ו-AR8. AI & AR Technology
האפליקציה משתמשת ב-AI מתקדם (Google Gemini) ומציאות רבודה (AR) לסימולציה של לק. התוצאות הן וירטואליות בלבד. הגוונים, המרקם והתוצאה בפועל עשויים להיות שונים מהסימולציה. תמונות שעובדו על ידי AI עשויות לקבל סימן מים אוטומטי בעת יצוא מחוץ לאפליקציה.The app uses advanced AI (Google Gemini) and augmented reality (AR) to simulate nail polish. Results are virtual only. Shades, texture and real-world outcomes may differ from the simulation. Images processed by AI may receive an automatic watermark when exported outside the app.

האפליקציה זמינה לשימוש חינם עם מגבלה של 5 ניסיונות AI ביום. למשתמשות שרוצות שימוש ללא הגבלה, מוצע מנוי פרימיום חודשי אופציונלי במחיר 19.90₪ לחודש (או שווה ערך בשוק המקומי). המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית אלא אם מבוטל 24 שעות לפחות לפני סיום התקופה. ניהול וביטול המנוי דרך הגדרות חשבון Apple. אין החזר עבור תקופות חלקיות למעט כאשר החוק המקומי מחייב אחרת.The app is free to use with a limit of 5 AI try-ons per day. For unlimited use, an optional monthly premium subscription is offered at ₪19.90 per month (or local equivalent). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end. Manage and cancel through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds for partial periods except where local law requires otherwise.

10. קניין רוחני וסימני מסחר10. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
השם, הלוגו, העיצוב והקוד של Polished הם קניין רוחני שלנו. שמות מותגי לק המופיעים באפליקציה שייכים לבעליהם הרשומים, והשימוש בהם הוא לצרכי זיהוי תיאורי בלבד, ללא כל רמז לשיוך או אישור על ידי הבעלים.The Polished name, logo, design and code are our intellectual property. Nail polish brand names shown in the app are owned by their respective holders, used for descriptive identification only, without any implication of affiliation or endorsement.
11. הגבלת אחריות11. Limitation of Liability
האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" ("as-is") ו"כפי שזמינה", ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו מתחייבות לזמינות רציפה או ללא שגיאות. במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, Polished אינה אחראית לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים, מיוחדים, תוצאתיים או עונשיים. סך האחריות הכוללת שלנו כלפייך, מכל עילה, לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמת לנו ב-12 החודשים האחרונים, או 100₪ — הגבוה מבין השניים.The app is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polished is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability to you, from any cause of action, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or 100 ILS, whichever is greater.

12. שיפוי12. Indemnification
את מסכימה לשפות את Polished מפני תביעות שצד שלישי מגיש עקב התוכן שלך, שימוש לרעה בשירות או הפרת תנאים אלה.You agree to indemnify Polished against third-party claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or breach of these terms.
13. סיום שירות13. Termination
את יכולה להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל עת. Polished רשאית להשעות או לסגור חשבונות במקרה של הפרה של תנאים אלה, שימוש לרעה או כנדרש על פי חוק.You may stop using the service at any time. Polished may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, misuse, or as required by law.
14. חוק חל וסמכות שיפוט14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
תנאים אלה כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל, ובכלל זה חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, לרבות תיקון 13 שנכנס לתוקף ב-14 באוגוסט 2025. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית לדיון בסכסוכים תהיה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב-יפו. צרכניות שמתגוררות באיחוד האירופי זכאיות להגנה של החוק המקומי שלהן ויכולות להגיש תביעה בבית משפט במדינת המגורים שלהן.These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 in force since August 14, 2025. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Consumers residing in the EU retain the protection of their local mandatory law and may bring a claim before a court in their country of residence.

Notice of material changes will be posted in the app and on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
