בקצרה: תהיו נחמדות. שתפו את העבודות שלכן, לא של אחרות. שמרו על פרטיות של מי שמופיע בתמונות. אל תעלו תוכן מיני, אלים או מטעה. נכבד אתכן, נצפה לאותו דבר.
1. הקהילה שלנו
לוח ההשראה של Polished הוא מקום לשתף עבודות לק יפות, ללמוד אחת מהשנייה, ולמצוא רעיונות חדשים. הוא נבנה על שלושה עקרונות פשוטים:
- נדיבות - אנחנו תומכות, לא מבקרות.
- אותנטיות - אנחנו משתפות מה שעשינו או רוצות לעשות, לא מתחזות לאחרות.
- בטיחות - אנחנו מגנות זו על זו ועל הפרטיות שלנו.
2. מה מותר לשתף ✅
- תמונות של הציפורניים שלכן (אחרי מניקור, בית, סלון).
- תמונות שאתן עיצבתן או יצרתן.
- תוצאות ניסוי לק ב-Polished שאתן רוצות לשתף.
- תיוגים של הגוון, הצורה, סוג הסיום והמותג.
- תגובות תומכות, השראה ועצות.
3. מה אסור לשתף ❌
- תוכן מיני, חושפני או מיועד למבוגרים. Polished הוא מקום מקצועי ויצירתי.
- תמונות פנים של קטינות (מתחת לגיל 18) - מכל סוג. גם אם זה הקטינה שלך.
- תמונות של ידיים או גוף של אדם אחר ללא הסכמתו המפורשת.
- תוכן שאינו שלך. אל תעלו תמונות שצילמתן ב-Pinterest, Instagram או של מניקוריסטיות אחרות בלי קרדיט ורשות.
- אלימות, איומים, הצקות או דברי שטנה כלפי גזע, מין, נטייה מינית, דת, מוצא או מוגבלות.
- תוכן מטעה, ספאם או פרסום מסחרי שלא דרך פרופיל מניקוריסטית מאומת.
- קישורים לאתרים זדוניים, פישינג או הונאות.
- מידע אישי של אחרים - שמות מלאים, מספרי טלפון, כתובות, בלי הסכמה.
- תכנים לא חוקיים בישראל או במדינה שלך.
4. דיווח על תוכן או משתמשת
אם ראית פוסט או פרופיל שמפר את ההנחיות:
- לחצי על שלוש הנקודות (⋯) ליד הפוסט ובחרי "דווח".
- בחרי את הסיבה (תוכן מיני, הצקה, ספאם, וכו').
- אנחנו מאשרות קבלת הדיווח בתוך 24 שעות.
- אנחנו מקבלות החלטה בתוך 7 ימי עסקים.
- אם הדיווח שלך נדחה, את יכולה לערער ב: info@mypolished.com.
הזיהוי שלך נשאר אנונימי כלפי המשתמשת שדווחה.
5. חסימה ושתיקה
אם אינך רוצה לראות תוכן של משתמשת מסוימת:
- חסימה מסתירה את כל התוכן שלה ממך ומונעת ממנה לראות אותך או ליצור איתך אינטראקציה.
- החסומה לא מקבלת התראה שחסמת אותה.
- ניתן לבטל את החסימה מתוך הגדרות → משתמשות חסומות.
6. אכיפה
הפרת ההנחיות עלולה לגרור:
- הסרת התוכן - לבד, ללא הודעה למשתמשת על המקרה הראשון.
- הגבלת חשבון - שלילה זמנית של היכולת להעלות.
- השעיית חשבון - סגירה זמנית של החשבון.
- איסור קבוע - במקרים חמורים: ספאם חוזר, תוכן בלתי חוקי, או כל איום על בטיחות הקהילה.
במקרים של חשד למעשים פליליים (איומים, התנכלות מינית של קטינות, סחר בסמים וכד'), אנחנו עשויות לדווח לרשויות החוק.
7. כללי זהב
לפני שאת מעלה משהו, שאלי את עצמך:
- האם זה התוכן שלי?
- האם זה יהפוך את היום של מישהי לטוב יותר?
- האם הייתי בנוח אם אמא שלי / הסבתא שלי / המעסיק שלי היו רואים את זה?
- האם זה מכבד את הפרטיות של כל מי שמופיע בתמונה?

TL;DR: Be kind. Share your own work, not other people's. Respect the privacy of anyone in your photos. No sexual, violent, or misleading content. We'll respect you - we expect the same.
1. Our Community
The Polished inspiration board is a place to share beautiful nail work, learn from each other, and find new ideas. It's built on three simple principles:
- Generosity - we support, we don't criticize.
- Authenticity - we share what we did or want to do, not impersonate others.
- Safety - we protect each other and our privacy.
2. What You Can Share ✅
- Photos of your own nails (after a manicure, at home, in a salon).
- Photos of designs you made or created.
- Try-on results from Polished that you want to share.
- Tags for color, shape, finish, and brand.
- Supportive comments, inspiration, and tips.
3. What You Cannot Share ❌
- Sexual, revealing, or adult content. Polished is a professional and creative space.
- Photos of minors' faces (under 18) - any kind. Even your own child.
- Photos of someone else's hands or body without their explicit consent.
- Content that isn't yours. Don't upload photos you grabbed from Pinterest, Instagram, or other manicurists without credit and permission.
- Violence, threats, harassment, or hate speech based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, or disability.
- Misleading content, spam, or commercial advertising outside a verified manicurist profile.
- Links to malicious sites, phishing, or scams.
- Other people's personal information - full names, phone numbers, addresses, without consent.
- Anything illegal in Israel or your country.
4. Reporting Content or Users
If you see a post or profile that violates these guidelines:
- Tap the three dots (⋯) next to the post and choose "Report".
- Select the reason (sexual content, harassment, spam, etc.).
- We acknowledge the report within 24 hours.
- We reach a decision within 7 business days.
- If your report is rejected, you can appeal at: info@mypolished.com.
Your identity stays anonymous to the user being reported.
5. Blocking & Muting
If you don't want to see a specific user's content:
- Blocking hides all of their content from you and prevents them from seeing or interacting with you.
- The blocked user is not notified that you blocked them.
- You can unblock from Settings → Blocked Users.
6. Enforcement
Violating these guidelines may result in:
- Content removal - alone, with no notice on a first incident.
- Account restriction - temporary loss of upload ability.
- Account suspension - temporary lockout.
- Permanent ban - for serious cases: repeat spam, illegal content, or any threat to community safety.
In cases of suspected criminal activity (threats, sexual exploitation of minors, drug trafficking, etc.), we may report to law enforcement.
7. The Golden Rules
Before you post something, ask yourself:
- Is this my own content?
- Will this make someone's day better?
- Would I be comfortable if my mother / grandmother / boss saw it?
- Does this respect the privacy of everyone in the photo?
